🛡️ Website Rescue & Emergency Support

Website rescue & emergency support. When something breaks, we are the call you make.

Your developer disappeared, your site is down, or nobody has the logins. We recover access, fix what is broken, move everything into accounts you control, and document it so it never happens again.

It rarely breaks all at once. It fades, then fails.

A developer gets slower to respond, then stops. The site keeps running for months. Then a plugin conflicts, an SSL certificate expires, or a hosting renewal lapses, and nobody can fix it.

🔑

Nobody has the logins

The domain, hosting, and admin accounts are in a developer’s name, or in an email inbox you have lost access to.

⏰

Something just expired

An SSL certificate, a domain, or a hosting plan lapsed, and your site shows a security warning or is offline.

🧯

Fragile code and old plugins

Updates scare you because the last one broke something, and security patches are months behind.

Everything you need to get back in control.

Most of the time goes into tracking down old logins, not touching code, which is why a rescue is usually our fastest project.

🔍

Access Audit & Recovery

We map every piece (domain, hosting, email, DNS, integrations), confirm who owns what, and help recover access through your registrar and host.

🚨

Emergency Repair

We identify what is actually broken versus what just looks fragile, then fix what is urgent first.

🚚

Hosting & Platform Migration

We move your site out of a developer’s account and into hosting you own, with minimal downtime.

🔒

Security Hardening

Updates, backups, access cleanup, and the basic protections that were skipped.

🌐

DNS & SSL Resolution

Fix expired certificates, broken DNS records, and the email delivery problems that come with them.

🧹

Legacy Code Cleanup

Untangle old customizations so your site can be maintained safely by anyone, not just the person who wrote them.

Four questions that show how exposed you are.

Can you personally log in to the account where your domain is registered? Do you know who owns your hosting account? Can you log in to your site’s admin? Do domain and SSL renewal notices go to an inbox you control?

If you hesitated on more than one, that is a specific gap you can close this week, and you do not need a rebuild to close it.

Four steps from panic to documented.

1

Map

We list every account and system your website depends on, and who controls each one.

2

Stabilize

We fix what is urgent and take a clean backup so nothing gets worse.

3

Transfer

Everything moves into accounts you control, so no one person can lock you out again.

4

Document

You get written documentation of accounts, access, and configuration, so the next person (even future you) does not start from zero.

Website rescue: common questions.

What if I do not have any logins?

That is the usual starting point. We trace where the domain and hosting live, then work with the registrar and host to prove ownership and recover access. How far that goes depends on the providers, and we will tell you honestly what is possible after a quick audit.

Do I need to rebuild my website?

Usually not. Most rescues are an access audit, a migration, and cleanup, not a rebuild. If a rebuild is the better answer we will say so and explain why.

Which platforms do you rescue?

WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce sites, plus custom builds.

How quickly can you start?

Emergency response is available. Tell us what is broken and we will reply within one business day.

Will everything be documented?

Yes. Every rescue ends with written documentation of your accounts, access, and configuration.

Do you work outside Texas?

Yes. We are based in College Station, TX and work with businesses nationwide, in English or Spanish.

Tell us what is broken. We will tell you what it takes to fix it.

Describe what is going on and we will come back with a clear picture of what is wrong and what a rescue would involve. In English or Spanish.
