When my husband & I decided to give our website an upgrade, we had no clue who to reach out to get help to until we were introduced to Ben. I was pleased to work with him because he truly made me feel comfortable knowing he knew how to handle & tackle our existing Shopify setup as opposed to reconstructing an entirely new website. I like how Ben because he shows us the tools & empowers us to log into our back office to fix some minor edits from time to time. In fact, Ben sends mini video recordings with his voice narrating step-by-step how to do things ourselves. And it’s so easy to do!
