This policy explains what information BConverse Consulting (“we,” “us”) collects through bconverseconsulting.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, email us at info@bconverseconsulting.com.
Information you give us
- Contact forms. When you send us a message, we collect your name, business or organization name, email address, and the message you write. Some forms also ask for your phone number, website address, industry, or market. The form sends this to us by email; we do not store form submissions in the website’s database.
- Realtor Digital Scorecard. If you use the scorecard and ask us to email your results, we receive your name, email address, and your scorecard answers and score.
- Booking a call. Our “Book a call” buttons open Calendly, a scheduling service. The details you enter there (such as your name, email, and meeting notes) are collected by Calendly and shared with us so we can hold the meeting. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to that information.
- Email and phone. If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and follow up.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device, and browser. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
- Advertising measurement. We use Google Ads conversion tracking to learn whether our ads lead to a contact form submission or a booked call. This uses cookies set by Google.
- Security and performance. The site is served through Cloudflare and our hosting provider, which process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request in order to deliver the site, block abuse, and keep server logs.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. You can manage ad personalization at Google’s Ad Settings. The site works without these cookies.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal or audit, and schedule and hold meetings.
- To provide and manage services you hire us for.
- To understand which pages, content, and ads are working, and to improve the site.
- To protect the site against spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We will only add you to a newsletter or marketing list if you ask us to, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for that work:
- Google (Analytics, Ads, and Google Workspace email)
- Calendly (scheduling)
- Brevo (delivery of website form emails)
- Cloudflare (security and content delivery)
- DigitalOcean (website hosting)
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails and client records for as long as we need them to respond, work with you, and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete them. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Analytics account.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@bconverseconsulting.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law, and we will honor them.
Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, such as social media profiles, directories, and MyKnowAI.com. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
